Being an update of the popular GX10, the Sharp GX20 has a number of improvements.

To improve the soft menu key on the GX10 the GX20 has a dedicated hardware button to launch Vodafone Live. The software is much more sophisticated looking giving it the edge on it's predecessor's menu. It also features a postage stamp sized display for caller indicator viewing and date, time etc; this can also be used as a viewfinder for taking pictures of yourself which is very helpfull. With a greatly improved digital camera and video camera for video clip recording you get a much improved experience.

Screen resolution is much better than the GX10i and the camera allows you to take intricate pictures showing readable data on documents.

Overall, great improvements to a great phone.
