Comments: This phone is lovely and well featured, it comes with easy to figure out software and a usb data cable, I have uploaded all my fav mp3 (compressed to a smaller file size) and some MP4 files which were'nt too hard to find on the net, the only sad thing about this great phone is that, when you play videos it has the horrible menu that always sticks around, you can't make the video full size to fit the screen , yet when you view photo's it uses most the screen, I find that disapointing..It doesnt have any built in polyphonic ring tones.. so you have to go to the 3 website to download and PAY for not to mention, also no built in games, which you also have to pay for anddownload, otherwise everything else you can upload from your home computer.. to be honest the phone would cost you a small fortune if you dont have a home PC to download pictures and things, because you will have to pay for it off sites. Anyway using an MP3as a ringtone is by far superior than a polyphonic one. All in all this phone is well featured and entertains me, my boyfriend is looking to buy one now ;) for £15 a month with 500talk mins and 100 txts it isnt a bad deal on 3, only prob is after the 12 month contract, the monthly price plan goes up and you cant change this phone to any other network... you cant as yet even buy a pay as you go 3 sim, though I have been told they are available, just not on sale.. Anyway, check it out, Im pleased with my purchase :) Star^

Very cool phone. Lots of great features. BUT!!! I've had 3 of them within 2 weeks all with errors. they reboot every time i try to open my email, and every time i try to play back large videofiles...

I love this phone as far as waht it has to offer, and its easy to use. But the battery life is a nightmare. If you use the camera functions you will get 24 hrs out of it tops.

This LG 8120 is a fairly good phone except that it doesn't have blue tooth and external media slot to increase memory and connectivity. The 228 and most other 3 phones have. Otherwise the LG 8120 is a good phone with many other futures. I will recommend it as a good buy.

The LG 8120 is now, like its predecessor, the best selling phone on 3. After owning one I can see why, the handset is much more compact than anything we've previously seen from NEC and Motorola but without sacrificing quality and features. Battery life is excellent even after using the 3G internet portal and call quality is the best i've had since my previous phone (2g Trium Eclipse). I cannot be positive enough about this handset and I look forward to future releases from LG on the 3G networks.If you're thinking about 3, you can't go wrong here!
